Anna Oksza-Klossi is a multidisciplinary fine artist, a linguist, and a wiedźma (“she who knows” in Polish, Anna's native language). Specializing in 3D mixed-media assemblage, her work acts as a portal into the worlds of ancient folklore, archetypal symbols, and beauty woven with the macabre.
Anna uses a diverse array of substrates and materials—found objects, bits picked up in nature, deconstructed mechanisms, and countless other things—to create artifacts that tell many a story. Her intricate pieces carry talismanic powers as they walk the blurry line between science and magic.
