I was born and raised in Placerville, California, the epicenter of the gold rush. I started out my life in a small house behind historic Main Street. Both of my parents painted, and I was always encouraged to draw and did so throughout my childhood. If you grew up in the Sierra foothills you may have known my old 69 VW Bus.
While my work has been successful in the Sierra Foothills, I have painted many local Ojai scenes which have been very popular and sold well up north. I recently have taken the opportunity to move back to beautiful Ojai, California where I have experienced the delightfulness and landscape expressions provided by this very enchanting area. I look forward to what creation and experience may come next with love, patience, and joy!
